SHIPPING

Typically, your products will ship within 1-4 business days from our warehouse in Carlsbad, CA. Standard ground delivery is normally an additional 3-5 business days. You have the option to designate the priority of your delivery, second day air, or ground delivery. However, standard shipment is set for UPS Ground Service. Charges are calculated based on current UPS rates.

All orders placed after 1:00 p.m. EST will be processed the following business day. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days according to UPS guidelines. In addition, we do not ship on holidays.

Hawaii and Alaska orders:

Due to UPS requirements, customers ordering from these locations must choose to have their order shipped 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air.

International Orders:

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with the products you purchase from Defenderslodge.com. You can depend on our cooperation and assistance if for some reason you wish to return your purchase. Please follow the guidelines below for your return.

ShopDefendersLodge.com will accept merchandise return / exchange under the following conditions:

  • * All returns/exchanges must be pre-authorized by ShopDefendersLodge.com before shipping any merchandise to our Customer Service Center. To receive a return authorization number, contact the ShopDefendersLodge.com Customer Service Center at support@branded360.com to request an RA. Please include an explanation for the return. Business hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am PT to 5:00pm PT. A representative from Branded360 will help process your return for Defenders Lodge within 24-48 hours.
  • * For returns/exchanges we offer the following two options.
    • * Product may be returned by method of your choice at your expense. We recommend insuring the package and using a service that can provide tracking information to ensure successful delivery. We are not responsible for lost returns.
    • * At your request, we will issue a prepaid shipping label. The return shipping fees will be deducted from the amount of your return (shipping fee will be quoted over the phone when requesting the return authorization). If we determine at our sole discretion that the merchandise you return is not eligible for return or exchange, you authorize us to charge the return shipping charges to your original payment source.
  • * If you are returning manufacturer defective merchandise, we will pay the cost of return shipping only if you use the postage prepaid return label. Standard shipping rates apply on the reshipment of an exchanged item.
  • * Please note the return authorization number on the outside of the shipping package to expedite processing of your return/exchange.
  • * Returns/exchanges must be received within 10 days of authorization. If received after 10 days, you will be charged a $25.00 re-stocking fee. Please inquire when requesting your return authorization number.
  • * All returned merchandise is subject to quality inspection. We will not accept worn/damaged merchandise for exchange or refund. If items are returned in unacceptable condition, they will be returned back to you at your expense.
  • *NO RETURNS / EXCHANGES AFTER 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE.
